In March 2019, Beatrice attended a fundraising event at the [[National Portrait Gallery, London]], accompanied by property developer [[Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi]], the son of [[Alex Mapelli-Mozzi]], a British-Italian Olympic [[alpine skier]].
