====Section 1: Powers of House of Lords as to money bills====
Section 1(1) provides:

The word "month" means calendar month.<ref>[[Interpretation Act 1978]], section 5 and Schedule 1</ref>

Section 1(2) defines the expression "[[money bill]]".

Section 1(3) provides:
