Pozzi was a popular and beloved figure in Italy and made a name for herself outside of the pornography industry. Pozzi inspired the main character of the 1999 film ''[[Guardami]]'' (''Look at Me'').

In 2009 a [[Moana (miniseries)|miniseries]] based on her life was directed by {{ill|Alfredo Peyretti|it}} and starred [[Violante Placido]] in the title role.
