====Middlesex County portion====
The [[2010 United States census]] counted 1,222 people, 533 households, and 303 families in the CDP. The [[population density]] was {{convert|1396.4|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|people&nbsp;|people|}}. There were 566 housing units at an average density of {{convert|646.8|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|units&nbsp;|units|}}. The racial makeup was 71.28% (871) [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 6.30% (77) [[Black (U.S. census)|Black or African American]], 0.25% (3) [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 14.73% (180) [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.00% (0) [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 5.32% (65) from [[Race and ethnicity in the United States census#Race|other races]], and 2.13% (26) from two or more races. Of all households, 37.5% were made up of individuals and 11.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.29 and the average family size was 3.10.<ref name=Census2010/>

22.2% of the population were under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 27.5% from 25 to 44, 30.4% from 45 to 64, and 12.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40.9 years. The racial makeup was 94.10% (255) [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 2.58% (7) [[Black (U.S. census)|Black or African American]], 0.00% (0) [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 2.21% (6) [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.00% (0) [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.74% (2) from [[Race and ethnicity in the United States census#Race|other races]], and 0.37% (1) from two or more races.
