The [[Grand River (Michigan)|Grand River]] forms the northern border of the city, and the city of [[Grand Rapids, Michigan|Grand Rapids]] is just to the northeast, while [[Walker, Michigan|Walker]] is to the north and [[Wyoming, Michigan|Wyoming]] surrounds the city on the east and south.  [[Ottawa County, Michigan|Ottawa County]] is to the west.
