==Border issues==
Kazakhstan resolved the border determination issues with [[Kyrgyzstan]] in 2001, [[Uzbekistan]] in 2002, and [[Turkmenistan]] in 2017. Kazakhstan reached an agreement on the delimitation of adjacent sections of the [[Caspian Sea]] with Russia and [[Azerbaijan]].
