The city's southeastern border with [[Mountlake Terrace, Washington|Mountlake Terrace]] is defined by the [[Interurban Trail (Snohomish County)|Interurban Trail]], while the eastern and northern borders with Lynnwood run along 76th Avenue West, Olympic View Drive, and Lund's Gulch.
