Allentown hosted the [[Allentown Jets]], a [[Continental Basketball Association]] team that played in Rockne Hall at [[Allentown Central Catholic High School]] from 1958 to 1981. The Jets were one of the most dominant franchises in the league's history, winning eight playoff championships and twelve division titles.
