Logo stickers are usually attached to the side body of the city bus unit.]] Until 2021, regular city bus service providers in Surabaya are divided into two types of operators, namely [[State-owned enterprise|BUMN]] operators and private operators. The crew gets their income based on the amount of money they have to deposit with the company.
