Pune Metro<!-- Please do not add any Indic script in the lead, per WP:INDICSCRIPT policy. --> is a [[Rapid transit|mass rapid transit]] system serving the city. The system comprises two operational lines with a combined operational length of {{Cvt|31.25|km}}.<ref name=":1">{{Cite web |title=Pune Metro - Information, Route Map, Fares, Tenders & Updates |url=https://themetrorailguy.com/pune-metro-information-map-updates/ |access-date=9 January 2025 |website=The Metro Rail Guy |language=en-US}}</ref> Construction for a [[Line 3 (Pune Metro)|third line]] is underway, which on completion would increase the combined operational length to 59.1&nbsp;km.<ref name=":1" />

The two operation lines are the [[Purple Line (Pune Metro)|Purple Line]] and the [[Aqua Line (Pune Metro)|Aqua Line]]. The Purple Line starts from the [[PCMC Bhavan metro station|Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation metro station]] and terminates at the [[Swargate metro station]]. The Aqua line starts from the [[Vanaz metro station]] and ends at the [[Ramwadi metro station]]. Both lines pass through the [[District Court Pune metro station]], which as acts as a [[Cross-platform interchange|cross platform interchange]].

The presently under construction Line 3 will plough from Megapolis Circle in Hinjewadi till the District Court Pune station.
