=== Sport === {{Main|Sport in the Isle of Man}} The Isle of Man is represented as a nation in the [[Commonwealth Games]] and the [[Island Games]] and hosted the IV [[Commonwealth Youth Games]] in 2011. Manx athletes have won [[Isle of Man at the Commonwealth Games|three gold medals]] at the Commonwealth Games, including the one by cyclist [[Mark Cavendish]] in 2006 in the [[Scratch race]]. The [[International Island Games Association|Island Games]] were first held on the island in 1985 and again in 2001. [[F.C. Isle of Man|FC Isle of Man]] was founded in 2019 and is a [[North West Counties Football League|North West Counties League]] team.
