Robert Peel is a secondary character in the novel ''Dodger'' by [[Terry Pratchett]].

Peel is an unseen nemesis of [[Harry Flashman]] in the humorous [[The Flashman Papers|Flashman novels]] by George MacDonald Fraser. A young Flashman regularly battled with Peel's nascent London police force.
