As of 2024, the [[Virgin Group]] was in the process of exploring whether high speed cross-Channel services would be feasible. Under the name "Project Bullet<nowiki>''</nowiki>, it is gauging interest with investors for a £200 million equity raise. Virgin and Evolyn remarked in November 2024 at an industry event in the [[Palace of Westminster|Houses of Parliament]], that Eurostar had not agreed access to [[Temple Mills Depot|Temple Mills depot]].
