==Parks and protected areas== Hayward has four parks administered by the [[East Bay Regional Park District]]: the [[Don Castro Regional Recreation Area]], [[Dry Creek Pioneer Regional Park]], the [[Hayward Regional Shoreline]], and [[Garin Regional Park]].
