The manufacture, distribution or broadcasting of a swastika, with the intent to propagate Nazism, is a crime in Brazil as dictated by article 20, paragraph 1, of federal statute 7.716, passed in 1989. In 2022, [[Victoria (Australia)|Victoria]] was the first Australian state to ban the display of the Nazi's swastika.
