Muntinlupa is home to the [[Muntinlupa Cagers]], one of the [[Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League]]'s charter teams.

Muntinlupa has 10 swimming pools, 14 billiard halls, 11 tennis courts, 8 resorts, 7 country clubs, 9 Dance/Fitness/Slimming Centers, 41 open basketball courts, 59 covered basketball courts and 11 parks & playgrounds.<ref name="muntinlupacity.gov.ph"/> The Muntinlupa Sports Complex is used for a variety of activities such as concerts, conferences, reunions and graduations, the sports complex has 3,500 [[seating capacity]] and has two separate multipurpose rooms.
