Manchester United Supporters Club Ladies began operations in the late 1970s and was unofficially recognised as the club's senior women's team. The women's football team won their first trophy on 12 May 2024 as they lifted the [[2023–24 Women's FA Cup|Women's FA Cup]] as they defeated [[Tottenham Hotspur F.C. Women|Tottenham Hotspur]] 4–0.
