In addition to his military awards Puller has received numerous honors due to his Marine Corps service:
* On October 26, 2017, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Puller Veterans Care Center located in [[Fauquier County, Virginia|Vint Hill, Fauquier County, Virginia]].
