===Dr. Phil and Shape Up===
In March 2004, TV personality [[Phil McGraw]] (a.k.a. Dr. Phil) pulled his "Shape Up" line of supplements off the market in the face of an investigation by the [[U.S. Federal Trade Commission]] (FTC).
