====Rail==== Freight rail service is provided by [[Georgia Southwestern Railroad]], [[Georgia and Florida Railway (2005)|Georgia and Florida Railway/Omnitrax]], and [[Norfolk Southern Railway]]. Georgia and Florida Railway has its headquarters in Albany. Several passenger trains from St. Louis, Chicago and Cincinnati in the Midwest, heading to Florida, made stops in [[Union Station (Albany, Georgia)|Albany Union Station]]. The last of these, the [[Illinois Central]]'s ''[[City of Miami (train)|City of Miami]]'' made its final stop there in 1971.
