*Software is available for the Punjabi language on almost all platforms. This software is mainly in the [[Gurmukhi]] script. Nowadays, nearly all Punjabi newspapers, magazines, journals, and periodicals are composed on computers via various Punjabi software programmes, the most widespread of which is [[InPage]] Desktop Publishing package.
