==Music career==

In the late 1970s, Frazier created a soul-funk group called "Joe Frazier and the Knockouts", mentioned in Billboard and recording a number of singles.
Joe toured widely in the US and Europe including Ireland, where among other places he performed in [[Donegal (town)|Donegal]] and [[Athy|Athy, County Kildare]] with his band.
