[[Jefferson Lines]] runs long-distance bus routes to Sioux City. Non-Transfer destinations include [[Winnipeg]], [[Kansas City, Missouri|Kansas City]], [[Minneapolis]], and [[Omaha, Nebraska|Omaha]].

Sioux City also has several private taxi companies that operate within the city.

There is no established water or rail passenger transportation in the area.
