===Relationship with alleged Chinese spy===
In December 2024, it was reported that Andrew had invited [[Chris Yang]], a Chinese businessman who was initially given the name "H6" in legal documents, to events at royal residences. Yang was given permission by a royal aide, Dominic Hampshire, to act on the duke's behalf when dealing with potential investors in China. Yang was barred from entry to the United Kingdom in 2023 due to alleged engagement in "covert and deceptive activity" on behalf of the [[Chinese Communist Party]].
