The '''Recall of MPs Act 2015 (c. 25)''' is an [[Act of Parliament|Act]] of the [[Parliament of the United Kingdom]] which mandates a recall petition to be held if a [[Member of Parliament]] is found to have committed certain wrongdoings, including any that result in a custodial prison sentence. The petitions cannot be triggered by popular initiative. The subsequent recall petition is successful if signed by at least 10% of the electorate in the MPs constituency. Successful recall leads to a [[UK Parliamentary by-elections|by-election]] to fill the seat.
