* First appearing as a boss in ''[[Batman: Arkham Asylum]]'', she sports plant-based growths on her body and is empowered by the Joker with the Titan formula.
* In ''[[Batman: Arkham City]]'' she has taken up residence in an abandoned hotel within the eponymous city-prison, relying on brainwashed criminals and TYGER guards for protection.
* In ''[[Batman: Arkham City Lockdown]]'', she is voiced by Amy Carle.
* In ''[[Batman: Arkham Knight]]'', Scarecrow attempts to recruit her into an alliance formed between himself and the [[Jason Todd|Arkham Knight]], among others, to kill Batman. After she refuses the offer, the Arkham Knight's militia imprison her until she is rescued by Batman. She then reluctantly forms an alliance with him to stop Scarecrow due to the latter spreading his fear toxin throughout Gotham, killing her plants. Ivy eventually sacrifices herself to save Gotham from the toxin.
