[[St Mary's Church, Ilford|St Mary's Church]] is the original parish church, but for much of the 20th century [[St Clement's Church, Ilford|St Clement's Church]] was the main Anglican church until it was demolished in 1977. [[St Alban's Church, Ilford|St Alban's Church]] is a redbrick Neo-Gothic building on Albert Road. [[Ilford Hospital Chapel]] is the oldest building in Redbridge, dating back to {{circa|1140}}. [[St Luke's Church, Ilford|St Luke's Church]] is occupied by the [[Mar Thoma Syrian Church]].

Another building in Illford is St. Augustine's Catholic Church. There are also a number of Muslim, Hindu and Sikh buildings.
