As of December 2023, the [[Azienda Autonoma di Stato per i Servizi Pubblici]], the Sammarinese state company for public transport, operates eight bus routes entirely within San Marino. All but one line starts in the [[City of San Marino]], with several lines serving [[Borgo Maggiore]], [[Domagnano]], [[Serravalle, San Marino|Serravalle]], [[Dogana]], and San Marino Hospital.<ref name=":0" />

START Romagna SpA operates several routes near San Marino's borders, but not within Sammarinese territory:
