The racial makeup was 57.9% [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 9.8% [[African American (U.S. census)|African American]], 0.6% [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 17.4% [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.8% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], and 5.0% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. census)|Latino]] of any race were 20.6% of the population and 48.1% of the population was [[non-Hispanic White]].

The [[population density]] was {{convert|3519.4|PD/sqmi|abbr=on}}. There were 52,870 housing units at an average density of {{convert|1585|/sqmi|abbr=on}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 72.60% [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 5.29% [[African American (U.S. census)|African American]], 0.60% [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 11.21% [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.48% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 5.14% from [[Race (United States census)|other races]], and 4.67% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. census)|Latino]] of any race were 13.77% of the population.

There were 47,964 households, out of which 27.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.7% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 10.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 37.6% were non-families. 25.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.44 and the average family size was 2.98.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 21.2% under the age of 18, 9.4% from 18 to 24, 33.7% from 25 to 44, 25.0% from 45 to 64, and 10.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 99.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.4 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $48,563, and the median income for a family was $55,021. Males had a median income of $37,068 versus $28,288 for females.
