Of 3,362 households, 30% included individuals under the age of 18, 42.1% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 13.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 40.3% were non-families, 33.7% were individuals living alone, and 13.1% were individuals age 65 or older living alone. The average household size was 2.3 and the average family size was 2.95. The village population was composed of 23.1% under the age of 18, 3.3% from 18 to 20, 31% from 21 to 44, 28.8% from 45 to 64, and 13.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37.2 years. The female population was 51.6% and the male population was 48.4%. In 2015, the estimated median income for a household in the village was $54,607, and the median [[income]] for a family was $75,182. Males had a median income of $54,364 versus $45,603 for females.
