The age distribution was 19.2% under the age of 18, 5.8% from 18 to 24, 26.8% from 25 to 44, 31.9% from 45 to 64, and 16.3% 65 or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females, there were 92.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 90.9 males. The median household income was $75,282 and the median family income was $85,355. Males had a median income of $70,612 versus $41,449 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $39,034. About 3.1% of families and 6.3% of the population were below the [[poverty line]], including 4.5% of those under age 18 and 4.6% of those age 65 or over.
