According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the CDP has a total area of {{convert|56.3|km2|order=flip}}, of which {{convert|55.8|km2|order=flip}} is land and {{convert|0.5|km2|order=flip}}, or 0.97%, is water.<ref name="Census 2010"/>

Several creeks cross Incline Village on the way to Crystal Bay  in Lake Tahoe.
