== Climate ==
Huế features a [[tropical monsoon climate]] (''Am'') under the [[Köppen climate classification]], falling short of a [[tropical rainforest climate]] because there is less than {{convert|60|mm}} of rain in March and April. The dry season is from February to August, with high temperatures of {{convert|35|to|40|C|F}}. The rainy season is from August to January, with a flood season from October onwards.
