The [[New York State Thruway]] ([[Interstate 90 in New York|Interstate 90]]), [[U.S. Route 20 in New York|US 20]] and [[New York State Route 5|NY 5]] pass through the north part of the town. [[New York State Route 39]] crosses the center of the town.

On the north, the town borders [[Lake Erie]], and on the northeast, [[Cattaraugus Creek]], which is the boundary of the [[Cattaraugus Reservation, Erie County, New York|Cattaraugus Reservation]] in [[Erie County, New York|Erie County]]. The east town line borders the town of [[Perrysburg (town), New York|Perrysburg]] and the portion of the Cattaraugus Reservation in [[Cattaraugus County, New York|Cattaraugus County]]. The south town line is shared with [[Villenova, New York|Villenova]] and [[Arkwright, New York|Arkwright]], and the west town line is shared with the town of [[Sheridan, New York|Sheridan]].
