At the [[2020 United States census|2020 census]] (some information from the [[American Community Survey|2022 American Community Survey]]) there were 17,231 people, 6,162 housing units and 5,874 households residing in the CDP. The [[population density]] was 2,748.2 inhabitants per square mile (1,061.7/km<sup>2</sup>). The average housing unit density was 982.8 per square mile (379.7/km<sup>2</sup>). The racial makeup of the CDP was 84.01% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.11% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.18% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 3.07% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.08% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 1.51% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 9.05% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race was 6.80% of the population.<ref name=":0" />

The racial makeup of the CDP was 92.83% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.37% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.17% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 2.56% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.05% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.49% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.53% from two or more races. There were 4,974 households, out of which 33.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.4% were non-families. 17.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.58 and the average family size was 2.94.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 24.8% under the age of 18, 2.8% from 18 to 24, 23.2% from 25 to 44, 30.1% from 45 to 64, and 19.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 45 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 90.6 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $102,259, and the median income for a family was $111,935. Males had a median income of $79,828 versus $53,654 for females.
