The population density was {{convert|264.7|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 637 housing units at an average density of {{convert|116.0|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 89.48% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 1.75% Black or [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.48% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|American Indian]], 1.11% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 7.08% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 7.56% from two or more races.

There were 656 households and 767 housing units, with 83.23% as [[Marriage|married couples]] living together. 12% of residents live alone, within which, 10.4% are 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.00 and the average family size was 3.24.

According to the 2021 American Community Survey,<ref name="GR2" /> the population decreased slightly from the 2020 census, down to 2,095 people. The age distribution was: 19.9% under the age of 18, 4.9% from 18 to 24, 24.1% from 25 to 44, 28.5% from 45 to 64, and 22.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 45.3 years.
