There are no laws within the Kingdom of Thailand which criminalize racial discrimination and the use of racist cliches. Unlike neighboring nations which were [[colonialism|colonized]], Thailand's history as an uncolonized state further shaped its existing laws.{{Citation needed|date=February 2023}}
