Mauritius is a major tourist destination, and the tourism sector is one of the main pillars of the Mauritian economy. Mauritius currently has two [[UNESCO]] [[World Heritage Sites]], namely, [[Aapravasi Ghat]] and [[Le Morne Brabant|Le Morne Cultural Landscape]].
