Strong free speech protections of the [[Oregon Constitution]] upheld by the [[Oregon Supreme Court]] in ''[[State v. Henry]]'',<ref>{{cite court|litigants=State v. In November 2008, a Multnomah County judge dismissed charges against a nude bicyclist arrested on June 26, 2008.
