The Parkway is accessible at interchange 136 to [[County Route 607 (Union County, New Jersey)|County Route 607]] for [[Linden, New Jersey|Linden]] / [[Roselle, New Jersey|Roselle]] / [[Winfield Township, New Jersey|Winfield Park]] and at interchange 137 for Route 28, which runs east–west through the center of the township.
