Full member [[Jacksonville State Gamecocks|Jacksonville State]] won the 2024 NCAA championship in its first season of both varsity bowling and CUSA membership, and associate member [[Youngstown State Penguins|Youngstown State]] won the 2025 NCAA title. The only other school to have won such a championship while a CUSA member at any level is [[2020 Marshall Thundering Herd men's soccer team|Marshall]], which moved to the Sun Belt Conference in 2022.
