===Werner Erhard===
On March 3, 1991, ''60 Minutes'' broadcast "[[Werner Erhard]]," which dealt with controversies involving Erhard's personal and business life. A year after the ''60 Minutes'' piece aired, Erhard filed a lawsuit against CBS, claiming that the broadcast contained several "false, misleading and defamatory" statements about him.
