Rotterdam is the city with the most professional teams in the Netherlands. Besides Feyenoord there are [[Sparta Rotterdam]] and [[Excelsior Rotterdam|Excelsior]]. There is a rivalry between the teams, mostly between Feyenoord and Sparta as Excelsior used to be Feyenoord's feeder club, but it is not comparable to other [[local derby|local derbies]].
