===Cannabis===
The city has eight [[cannabis (drug)|cannabis]] dispensaries, and although the city has passed legislation approving them and has legalized their presence, city management does not accept their legality. In fact, the city had sued to close them. In 2019 the city approved "Power Plant Park" a marijuana farm consisting of 45 greenhouses on 18 acres north of North Richmond near [[Breuner Marsh]] and a solar farm.
