===Performing arts=== The [[Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek]] hosts major international touring acts. In 2011, the Downtown Raleigh Amphitheater opened (now sponsored as the [[Red Hat Amphitheater]]), which hosts numerous concerts primarily in the summer months.
