[[Home Office]] policing in Oldham is provided by the [[Greater Manchester Police]]. The force's "(Q) Division" have their headquarters for policing the [[Metropolitan Borough of Oldham]] at central Oldham. [[Public transport]] is co-ordinated by [[Transport for Greater Manchester]]. The [[Royal Oldham Hospital]], at Oldham's northern boundary with [[Royton]], is a large [[National Health Service (England)|NHS]] hospital administered by [[Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust]].
