Hillary Holten died on April 11, 2012. Her parents filed a lawsuit against Narconon Arrowhead, and alleged Hillary had died due to lack of medical care. Their lawsuit states that she "had a history of [[congenital adrenal hyperplasia|Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia]], a condition that required the daily administration of [[Dexamethasone]] and in extreme circumstances, an injection of liquid [[cortisone]]", and that Narconon Arrowhead did not properly manage her condition.
