===Europe=== In Europe, the European Commission and its [[IDABC]] program issue the [[European Interoperability Framework]]. IDABC was succeeded by the [[Interoperability Solutions for European Public Administrations]] (ISA) program. They also initiated the [[Semantic Interoperability Centre Europe]] (SEMIC.EU).
