== Qualifications==
Within the context of the [[Australian Qualifications Framework]], each state and territory is responsible for issuing certificates and/or qualifications to secondary students, collectively referred to as the [[Senior Secondary Certificate of Education]]. As an alternative form (or as an addition to) the government-endorsed certification path, students, by approval, may elect to receive certification under the [[International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme]].
