==Visualizations== In the following table, the rules for each busy beaver (maximizing Ξ£) are represented visually, with orange squares corresponding to a "1" on the tape, and white corresponding to "0". The position of the head is indicated by the black ovoid, with the orientation of the head representing the state. Individual tapes are laid out horizontally, with time progressing from top to bottom. The halt state is represented by a rule which maps one state to itself (head doesn't move). {{Multiple image | perrow = 4 <!-- Layout parameters --> | align = left | direction = horizontal | background color = | caption_align = center | image_style = | image_gap = 0 <!-- Header --> <!-- | header_background = header background as a 'hex triplet' web color (include the initial #) --> | header_align = center | header = Evolution of busy beavers with 1β4 states <!--image 1--> | image1 = Busybeaver1rules.png | width1 = 75 | caption1 = Rules for 1-state busy beaver <!--image 2--> | image2 = Busybeaver2rules.png | width2 = 200 | caption2 = Rules for 2-state busy beaver <!--image 3--> | image3 = Busybeaver3rules.png | width3 = 225 | caption3 = Rules for 3-state busy beaver <!--image 4--> | image4 = Busybeaver4rules.png | width4 = 300 | caption4 = Rules for 4-state busy beaver <!--image 5--> | image5 = Busybeaver1.svg | width5 = 75 | caption5 = Evolution of 1-state busy beaver until halt.
